Progress made by the Cyprus Erasmus team and future activities

Background information

In Cyprus, we get to have a wave of migrants and refugees from Syria, and we know that Italy and Portugal have to deal with the same challenges. Under these circumstances we volunteered to help underprivileged people in our community.

Our Project - volunteerism

The Erasmus + students in Cyprus wanted to offer voluntary work to refugees or underprivileged people in general and thought of renovating a room of a house that hosts adults with special needs. By doing so, the children had valuable and positive impact on people, community and society in general. But above all, they themselves gained a lot.
